PVC dipped parts are extremely versatile: our product overview of standardised dipped parts shows the wide range of product solutions that we at HAMCO implement on a daily basis using the dipping process.
Production and distribution of an extensive standard range of PVC dipped parts
Production and distribution of customised dipped parts according to drawings and PVC coating of metallic components.
Immersion parts made of soft PVC from the Covytec material series are versatile products with generally applicable and, depending on the Covytec grade used, other specific material properties that enable them to be used for a wide variety of tasks in industry and trade.
These are just a few examples of applications for both customised and standardised submersible parts from HAMCO. We supply suppliers to the Automotive industry, Customers of the Wire and cable industrythe Electrical industry, Hand tool manufacturer, companies in the field of Renewable energies or the Medical technology.
Various heights, lengths, diameters, wall thicknesses and Shore hardnesses are part of our standard range in the dipping process. But even special requirements are no problem for us: do you have a special colour request, do you need an ESD-capable material or a bead profile? We are prepared for a wide range of requirements and can realise them according to your specifications. For example, we use various special dipping pastes to produce special parts for the electrical industry that fulfil current ESD requirements. Dipped parts made from medical dipping paste for extracorporeal applications or from biocompatible dipping paste with FDA approval are also possible. Around 50% of our orders in the area of dipped parts are customised solutions - we can also implement your project in the shortest possible time!

HAMCO claims itself to be the most likely Largest number of standard tools for the production of an almost infinite number of variants of Round caps and Rectangular caps in Europe to own.
The mere idea that a standard round cap tool [D= 20mm], for example, can be used to produce caps of different heights from a recommended minimum height of 10mm to a tool-related maximum height of 350mm via the infinitely variable immersion depth makes it clear what a wide range of variants are possible in combination with the wall thickness (depending on the dwell time of the immersion cores in the PVC bath), the choice of standard and special colours, the different degrees of hardness and the physiological properties of the Covytec® range of materials HAMCO can ultimately offer its industrial customers. The above example can be applied without restriction to the large selection of standard rectangular caps.
In particular Industry-specific requirements like the detectability of the material in the environment of the food industry, the ESD capability in the electrical industry, the use of phthalate-free, more biocompatible and F&DA compliant PVC materials in the context of intensive skin contact, which Sterilisability of immersion parts for excorporal applications in medical technology. The special feature of the PVC material Covytec® 6750 PERL is a matt pearl structure surface that is particularly pleasant to the touch and feel - and not only in the colour black (anthracite), but also in sky blue, pantone green, red or orange.
Around half of the production orders for diving parts require the realisation of individual customer requests - we will be happy to implement your project in the shortest possible time!
The previously mentioned variety of soft PVC moulded parts allows them to be used in numerous industries where they are valued for their general and specific properties such as flexibility, protective function and ease of assembly.
Nevertheless, a Coating of metallic components PVC dip coating is always the better solution when a rubber coating has to guarantee abrasion resistance, torsion resistance and permanent protection against contact. Dip coating is a manufacturing process in which components or functionally relevant areas of the components are dipped in a liquid plastisol in order to achieve a PVC protective layer or certain surface properties.
The Manufacturing processes of the dipping process and the PVC coating process are presented in great detail in the Knowledge area for purchasers, technicians, designers and developers on the product pages for PVC round caps, PVC rectangular caps and PVC coating before.
