Toolmaking

Professional toolmaking at HAMCO

At HAMCO, we develop the right moulds and tools for the dipping and injection moulding processes in order to implement individual solutions for you. By designing and building tools in our CNC machining centres, we ensure that process-stable series tools are available for your needs quickly and cost-effectively at all times. This enables us to guarantee that your orders can usually be delivered within 14 days.

Our in-house toolmaking guarantees precise 3D modelling of the tools using high-quality materials for a long-lasting result. We also ensure optimum product quality with targeted surface treatment.

Mould making for immersion parts

For the production of dipped parts, we develop dip moulds that reproduce the desired internal geometry of the end product. We also optimise the dip moulds for the most uniform coating possible. The design of holders and fixtures for the dipping process is also an important part of the process.

Toolmaking for injection moulded parts

For injection moulding, toolmaking is much more complex: our engineers design injection moulds with precise cavities and integrate cooling channels and ejector systems. It is also important to take into account the material properties and flow behaviour of the plastic to be processed.

Modern machine tools for precise results

The CNC machining centres from HAMCO are state-of-the-art machine tools that combine several machining steps in one device and operate automatically using computer control.

Modern CNC machining centres are characterised by short tool change times, extended functions such as rotary and tilting tables and the option of complete machining of complex workpieces. This enables us to deliver results with high precision and consistent quality and to realise even extremely complex parts for you.

Quality at HAMCO

We can produce complex components with high precision and surface quality with the help of machining. Machining is a process for the precise shaping and surface finishing of workpieces. It involves the controlled removal of material using cutting tools to achieve the desired final shape and surface quality. For example, excess material or burrs are removed, fits are created or the surface quality is improved.
