Order picker and packer (m/f/d)

Working hours: Full-time, part-time

About us: HAMCO is an innovative company in the plastics industry that manufactures high-quality products and solutions. The dip moulding process is one of HAMCO's strengths. We use this process to produce moulded parts made of soft PVC, which are used in the automotive, cable and electrical industries, as well as in medical technology and the renewable energy sector.

Your tasks: 

  • You pick and pack our goods carefully and reliably
  • They pay attention to the packaging instructions, cartoning and labelling
  • You carry out quality checks during production and perform visual inspections, dimensional and quantity checks
  • If required, you can do the punching and cutting of our goods
  • Close cooperation with the quality assurance and dispatch department

Your profile: 

  • Reliability, punctuality and ability to work in a team
  • German spoken and written
  • Forklift licence desirable but not required
  • Physical resilience
  • No previous knowledge required
  • Readiness for day shift 6:00 am to 2:00 pm

CNC miller/turner wanted (m/f/d)

Working hours: Full-time 

Starting date: Immediately / by arrangement

LocationTönisvorst

  

Your tasks:

  • New production, repair and overhaul of dipping, punching and injection moulding tools
  • CNC-supported machining
  • Manufacture individual parts of often complex tools using turning, milling, grinding and drilling machines
  • Independent set-up and retooling of machining centres
  • Inspection of parts according to technical drawings
  • Cooperation with other specialist departments

Your profile:

  • Completed specialised training as a tool mechanic, cutting machine operator or industrial mechanic or a comparable qualification
  • Professional experience in the field of toolmaking and in handling CNC-controlled machine tools is essential
  • Experience in plastic injection moulding desirable
  • Manual dexterity, technical understanding and an independent and autonomous way of working
  • Ability to work in a team, reliability and independent working style

  • Written and spoken German language skills that enable understanding of operating instructions and correct documentation
