Printing: We print standard dipped parts, PVC rubberised components, PVC cast parts or plastic injection moulded parts from our production and ensure a clean printing result. Our high-quality plastic prints are characterised by their durability and abrasion resistance. Whether you need to apply company logos, product labelling, serial numbers, scales, QR codes or warning notices - we offer you the right printing process for your HAMCO products.
Your advantage: Benefit from our experience in the printing of soft PVC, engineering plastics and thermoplastic elastomers (TPE).
Customisation: Our experienced employees take care of assembling and packaging the products so that they arrive at the installation site ready for use in just a few simple steps. Whether individual parts, series parts or assemblies: we prepare your products so that you can process them immediately. We handle the assembly of components, packaging, labelling and quality control as well as the preparation for shipping professionally and precisely.

Assembly of modules: We undertake the professional assembly of complex components according to your specifications and ensure the highest precision and quality. For example, components are often requested for the automotive or electrical industry, some of which we manufacture from different materials and then assemble into functional units. We carry out functional and final tests to ensure the highest quality in component assembly.

Special packaging: We use customised packaging solutions to package your products safely and attractively. Do you have special transport requirements, are your products particularly sensitive to electrostatic charge or do they have an unusual geometry or size? HAMCO also ships goods in customised packaging solutions for customer-specific requirements.
Your advantage: With the right special packaging, your product is optimally protected during transport and subsequent storage.
Supplementary special services: In some cases, work steps and special services have to be performed on the product in order to be able to fully map the specification requirements, wishes and priorities.
By way of example, we would like to Sandblasting for roughening metallic surfaces on provided components that are intended to be coated with PVC. Only this work step, which precedes priming, enables optimum adhesion of the rubber coating or PVC protective layer to the component surface.
A Edge trim or the Deburring of sharp edges, the Punching of openings to prevent the formation of a vacuum when removing protective caps, the Gluing of immersion parts as a reference to metallic handle elements. The possibilities are many and varied.
