Car park conversion at the Tönisvorst site

With the redesign of the car park area in front of the company building, we have enhanced the external appearance of our company headquarters for employees and visitors with new flooring and attractive greenery. In the same year, vortex sintering is successfully trialled as a further production process and expands the range of services offered by HAMCO.

Merger of HAMCO and BELA Kunststofftechnik

The merger of HAMCO and BELA Kunststofftechnik in Oberhonnefeld-Gierend follows in 2019. Holger Becker is appointed as authorised signatory and branch manager of the new site in Oberhonnefeld, where we mainly manufacture dipped and coated parts. At our second site in Oberhonnefeld, we mainly manufacture dipped parts.

Expansion of HAMCO is thwarted

In 2017, the expansion of HAMCO is once again thwarted - the plan to acquire new land in Tönisvorst fails.

2-component injection moulding machine from Arburg

In 2016, the first 2-component injection moulding machine is purchased from Arburg.

Quality management system according to DIN EN ISO 9001:2008

In 2012, the quality management system was successfully introduced in accordance with DIN EN ISO 9001:2008 (current status DIN EN ISO 9001:2015). The standard specifies requirements for the creation, implementation and maintenance of an effective quality management system. At HAMCO, we attach great importance to optimising our processes and ensuring the quality of our products and services.

Photovoltaic system

In 2012, the Tönisvorst site is finally expanded further with Hall 4. At the same time, a photovoltaic system is installed on all buildings.

Banking crisis

In 2008, HAMCO was set back by the banking crisis and put its initial plans for expansion on hold for the time being.

The first injection moulding machine is purchased in 1985. The surpluses produced in the dipping shop can now be ground and further processed in the injection moulding process.
