Coating of devices and equipment: We coat components of therapy devices as well as inpatient and outpatient equipment with biocompatible plastisols which, due to their composition, greatly minimise the possibility of germ formation and are also very easy to disinfect. Steam sterilisation in human medicine

Protective covers for surgical instruments in human medicine play an important role in maintaining sterility and preventing infections. The primary purpose of the protective covers is to create a sterile barrier around the surgical instruments. They help to minimise the risk of bacterial contamination and maintain the sterility of the instruments until they are used in the operating theatre.

The protective sleeves from HAMCO are used during the steam sterilisation of cutlery. The covers minimise the risk of injury and ensure that the cutlery is not damaged during the cleaning process. The caps are permeable to steam so that professional sterilisation can be carried out.
