The economical alternative to welding and metal connectors

Frames and structures can be assembled and expanded quickly and flexibly at any time without the need for time-consuming welding and drilling using the modular HAMCO plastic connectors made of the engineering plastic polyamide (PA6). The connecting elements of the modular system for square tubes or square pipes in the field of tube connectors, rack construction, operating equipment, protective devices, displays, shelving systems or special constructions enable secure, stable, fast and rust-free connections.

Material

Our connectors made from Polyamide 6 with Glass fibre content (PA6 + GF for short) guarantee stable and durable constructions that hold up reliably even under intensive use.

The technical plastic polyamide 6 without glass fibre content is already characterised by

  • high toughness and resilience
  • Resistance to impacts and mechanical stresses
  • Good continuous use properties
  • Good wear resistance
  • Durability even with frequent use
  • Good chemical resistance
  • Resistant to many oils, greases and operating fluids
  • Dimensional stability even under changing ambient conditions

Glass fibre reinforced PA6 offers another one:

  • Significantly higher mechanical load capacity
