Customers receive all services from a single source - from consultation and planning through to the finished product. HAMCO often realises special solutions for the dipping process if the requirements are not covered by our standard range.

From our many years of experience, we know all the requirements that a project entails. We know which relevant points need to be taken into account in the individual sectors and, if necessary, provide you with appropriate recommendations to ensure that your project runs smoothly.

If we manufacture a part individually for you, you will receive a quotation from HAMCO after 4 days at the latest (depending on the complexity of the part) in the case of moulded parts. In the case of injection moulded parts, there is also the complexity of the toolmaking - here we need an average of one week to prepare the quotation, and for highly complex parts it can take up to 14 days.

How does the process work for customised solutions?

The first step is to present your project to us. Ideally, there are already drawings or pictures and all relevant data is available.
We use the information to clarify questions relevant to the project, for example: What is the project about? What needs to be considered? What are the material requirements? Even with complex requirements, we maintain an overview and ask the right questions to ensure that all the necessary information is included. Competent advice and support are a matter of course for us!
We develop a solution proposal according to your specifications, which we then check for feasibility. You will then receive our offer - with full transparency regarding costs, processes and tool production. As soon as you have accepted our offer, we get started!
We often find that there is already a standard solution from our range for your project requirements. In this case, we can offer you a cost-effective, quickly deliverable solution at short notice. You will receive our offer within 24 hours of your enquiry.

Versatile requirements from various industries

We also offer customised solutions for complex requirements, for example in the medical sector. We are familiar with the REACH and ROHS lists applicable to Europe, and other requirements from third countries are also no problem for us.

HAMCO has been producing matching paint covers for a major manufacturer in the automotive industry for several years. These are used in the painting of bodyshells to keep individual areas free of paint. The protective paint covers were designed and developed by us and are manufactured and assembled at HAMCO.
