Since 2014, HAMCO has been using a specially developed PVC dipping paste that is characterised by exceptional material purity and resistance to germs. It can be easily disinfected and is ideal for Medical applicationswhere hygiene is the top priority.
The finished products are used in a wide variety of areas:
- Coatings for surgical instruments or attachments for medical devices
- Sealing caps
- Protective caps for steam sterilisation
- Intestinal tubes for procedures and examinations

Together with the customer, requirements such as degree of hardness, disinfection behaviour or damping properties are defined in detail in advance. In-house technology for the highest demands
Production takes place exclusively on specially developed systems at the Tönisvorst and Oberhonnefeld sites. These have been adapted to the special requirements of medical PVC paste and guarantee clean processes and consistently high quality.
